One Week Workshop on improvement of investigation of NDPS cases started by Police at DPO Ganderbal

Stressing on adoption of latest techniques and standard practices to expedite the investigation of criminal cases, on the directions of SSP Ganderbal Shri Nikhil Borkar-IPS today one week workshop regarding efficient disposal off NDPS cases for all the IOs of District Police Ganderbal was organized.
During the workshop, ASP Ganderbal Shri Feroz Yehya-JKPS impressed upon the officers that progress of various heinous crime cases must be disposed off properly and on timely basis. He directed the officers to conduct investigations efficiently so that culprits do not go scott free. He also stressed for adopting the latest technology and standard practices to expedite investigation of cases on merits for judicial determination. Senior Officers also stated that to improve the conviction rate and disposal of sensational crime cases Gazetted officers should also supervise the investigation.
The workshop was attended by DySP Headquarter, Senior Prosecuting Officer DPO Ganderbal including other senior officers of District Police Ganderbal.
