Ganderbal schools welcome students after more than two years hiatus
School reopening welcomed by teachers

Ganderbal: The schools in Ganderbal have resumed physical classes from today amid strict adherence to Covid-19 guidelines, the students re-united with friends, giving educational institutions a joyful ambience. Merriment was writ large on faces of the parents and onlookers alike as return of students to schools filled the air with great fun and excitement.
Mohd Hussain a School Teacher said, “It is a very positive step of reopening schools after such a long time. We have been waiting for so long for the reopening of schools especially primary classes.”
Stressing on giving priority to Covid-19 protocols to prevent the virus from infecting children, the teacher said that proper checking will be done.
he added, “Our utmost priority is students health and safety. Sanitation, checking of temperature, sanitation of classrooms, all will be done daily.
The students are required to wear face masks, their body temperatures were checked with thermal scanners and sanitisers were applied on their hands as they entered the schools.
