Tabish mustafa-A young daughter of kashmir shines in calligraphy

Srinagar 12 June 2022 (JKNL): 19 years old Girl from Gulshan Bagh, Hawal Srinagar is Surprising people on social and Print Media through her Calligraphy works.she is a self taught artist and she has proved her efforts which put in growing her talent.
Tabish mustafa(19) breaks the social taboos, chosen calligraphy, an ancient art and are presenting it in an enchanting way, giving a new lease of life to the art of calligraphy.
Tabish mustafa, has done her 10+2 from Government girls higher secondary school zadibal,presently she is pursuing her B.SC. at Gandhi memorial college shamswari khanyar srinagar.
she said,”My father is a paper machie artist and he supports me along with my mother since begining.My two paternal uncles also supported and helped me”
“My studies are not affected by calligraphy as it is my hobby and i find peace in doing calligraphy. I spend usually 2-3 hours a day for my passion ,which is a seperate time slot.
i have framed a proper time schedule to be disciplined”,she added
Tabish said that she yearned for calligraphy since childhood and was waiting for right time to come.when covid stared all were at their homes ,Nobody was allowed to move outside unneccesarily.
she undoubtly had nothing to do, she started practicing calligraphy.she had no mentor and knowledge about calligraphy but she has was her will.
she followed the quote ‘practice makes man perfect’and started experimenting,soon she became little master of it.

on a closing note she said she wants to give shape to her efforts,soon she will make her name in the world of calligraphy (JKNL).
